His expertise encompasses strategic business planning, public relations, process improvement initiatives, logistics, operations management, business development, contract negotiation, and staff leadership.
Rick's notable career includes serving as the Director of City Events for Holly Hill, Florida, and as Chief Operational Officer for Tactical Maritime Solutions. He has played pivotal roles in game day operations for the XFL’s Orlando Guardians and Tampa Bay Vipers, as well as serving as Stadium Operations & Management Consultant for the Alliance of American Football's Birmingham Iron. His tenure as Convention Center & Tourism Director for the City of Tampa was marked by significant contributions to major events such as the Gasparilla Festival, Outback Bowl, and the Republican National Convention.
In addition to his operational expertise, Rick has been instrumental in strategic planning, financial controllership, project management, and marketing management. His career includes executive leadership positions at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland, and the Valdosta Convention & Visitors Bureau in Georgia. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University and has pursued graduate studies at the University of Tennessee.
